
The Hohenthanner Schlossbrauerei beer specialities have always been brewed according to traditional family recipes, strictly in accordance with the Bavarian Purity Law. Local raw materials such as high-quality Bavarian brewing malt, finest aroma hops and brewing water from our own deep well constitute the basis for the full-flavoured taste of Hohenthanner beers.
After the actual brewing process the beer matures for six weeks unhurriedly in cool cellars. Only in this way can the typical fine character fully develop.
