Preserving tradition, but being open-minded for new developments

Tradition is firmly rooted with us in Hohenthann. Today our brewery still stands at the site where its cornerstone was laid in 1864.

For over 140 years the fortunes of the enterprise have been in the hands of the Family Rauchenecker, which founded the brewery in 1864. To this day the descendants are born with the close connection to land and people.

It has always been very important to us that we do our best for the continuity of the region and the well-being of the people who live and work here.

Up until this day, up to even the fourth generation, all of our work and actions are based on the principle “preserving tradition, but being open-minded for new developments.” This philosophy will also continue to endure.
